Solidus is searching for Software Developers.

The Software Developers will support all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding, and automated testing within an Agile and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery model.

Requirements: • US Citizenship and able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance • BS degree in a relevant field • 2-8+ years minimum relevant experience

Required Experience: • Java/C and object-oriented programming • JavaScript and JS frameworks such as React • Proficiency with basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST, JSON, and JavaScript • Apply software development process fundamentals and an understanding of software design patterns • Deliver an entire piece of a system or application • Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies • Proficiency with at least one of Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc. • Strong, self-motivated desire to learn new programming languages, tools, frameworks, and techniques • Complete tasking independently with minimal direct supervision • Work and collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplined engineering team

Additionally Desired • Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher • Knowledge of web application technologies, such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, etc. • NoSql databases (MongoDB, etc.) • Server-side JavaScript • Version control system (e.g., Git) and issue/problem tracking system (e.g., Jira). • Proficiency with Mac OSX, Windows, LINUX, etc. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint • USSTRATCOM or ISPAN familiarity
