The Benefits Administration Senior System Consultant will implement UKG's enhanced benefits software solution (UKG Pro Benefits Administration) for our most complex, high-profile customers, while also mentoring and leading, or providing input into, team initiatives.As a consultant for UKG, you will be called on to perform various roles during thecourse of an implementation. UKG Pro Benefits Administration projects will warrant you to provide project management expertise, product knowledge, Health & Welfare industry knowledge, data mapping, testing, analytical and design skills. The following is a list of responsibilities that you will have on your various assignments. Some or all may be needed on any project you will be assigned to.Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced activation and consulting services both as an individual and as a team memberParticipate in client turnover meeting with sales teamPartner and align project milestones within entire activation programProvide Product and Subject Matter Expertise to client, team members, and other internal stakeholdersFollow the standard activation methodologyLead Client Kick-Off meeting as directedComplete project tasks as outlined in Client Implementation Plan, including thorough analysis, configuration and testing of the UKG Pro Benefits Administration moduleUnderstand all functionality and configuration options within the Benefits Administration module.Identify creative solutions for complex requirements and customersEffectively identify risk, implement change control, and escalate major scope changes to the clientIdentify scope and maintain project planProvide accurate and timely information regarding project status, T&E and project hours to the Work Report SystemCreate data mapping from source system(s) to UKG ProValidate Data ConversionParticipate in program testing, understanding where your area of expertise fits in.Participate in Client Turnover to SupportAbility to debug Benefits Administration customer issues, answer Support questions, and address other concerns. Then, able to consult customer on solution.Provide input on methodology and processAbility to lead multiple high-profile projects concurrentlyMentor and develop team members, providing insight into the Health & Welfare Benefits industry and consulting methodsAbility and willingness to cross skill across UKG Pro modulesQualificationsBasic Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years experience installing and implementing Health & WelfareKnowledge of Health & Welfare benefit plansExperience handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough mannerProven leadership and project management skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsHighly motivated and team orientedAbility to independently own multiple, high profile activation projectsAbility to independently manage day to day priorities and workloadAn associate degree in business, accounting or related field or at least two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, in an outsourcing organizationDesire to mentor and develop team members, while continually learning yourself.Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred Qualifications:(Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training)benefits administration and/or HRIS & Payroll software systemsPossesses database, core applications, and web technology knowledgeHuman Resource and Payroll experience (CPP/SPHR) a plusCEBS, GBA, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and/or CPP preferredPay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $68,100 to $97,900, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
