- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or equivalent field required OR 7 plus years of experience
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment; proven track record of delivering while working independently
- 3 years working with IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, etc.)
- 3 years working with PAM solutions (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust or equivalent)
- Thorough command of IAM technology/systems that will be utilized in achieving business goals
- Deep expertise and accomplishments in credential management
- Demonstrate an informed and thoughtful approach to managing evolving technology/system changes and end user needs across the business
- Demonstrate inclusive behavior, cultivates diversity, and a sense of belonging amongst your colleagues, portfolio, and stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of how functional and technical decisions will impact system performance and scalability enterprise-wide

- Executed multi-team initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
- Experience executing projects in lead capacity
- Must be able to gain NERC and nuclear unescorted access as needed and support vulnerability and account management programs in the following compliance areas (NERC, NRC (NEI 08-09), PCI)
- Security Operations Center design and implementation experience
- Contribute to the execution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) security service delivery including requests, incidents, root cause analysis, and problem and change management in compliance to Client’s policies and process
- Identify risks both operational and security during day to day activities and during specific, targeted efforts. Make recommendations and/or take action to mitigate these issues as appropriate
- Provide informal technical support and training to less experienced teammates
- Define and maintain configuration lifecycle within information security policies
- Develop and maintain all IAM security diagrams, inventories and process documentation
- Govern the identity lifecycle for employees, contractors, service accounts, privileged accounts, and other identity types
- Identify potential threats, exploit attempts and other security events related to IAM. Make recommendations and/or take action to mitigate these issues as appropriate. Actively contribute to and participate in security incident response as needed
