Job#: 1320238 Job Description: 100% Remote Product Manager Opportunity!Pay Rate: $60-80/hrSets product vision for the set of features which make up the HouseCalls Pro Digital Front Door. This includes, but is not limited to, the agent live chat, Web/SMS chatbot with service escalation, payment processing, wayfinding, integration of NLP engines and patient intake forms.- Responsible for defining market requirements and packaging the features into product releases. This position involves close interaction with development leads, product architects, and key customers.
- A strong technical background is required.
- Experience with Healthcare EHRs or working in a technical capacity within a healthcare org is a must.
- Job duties include gathering requirements from existing and potential customers as well as recent evaluators, writing market requirements documents for Agile product backlogs, and monitoring the implementation of each product under the digital front door umbrella.
Specific responsibilities for this role:• Discover and validate market problems related to the Digital Front Door• Define and size market segments for Digital Front Door• Conduct win/loss analysis of sales for product• Provide oversight of strategy, technical, and marketing aspects for the digital front door• Analyze product profitability and sales success• Create and maintain the business plan including pricing• Determine buy/build/partner decisions• Approve final marketing and go-to-market plans• Conduct technology assessment• Analyze the competitive landscape• Maintain the digital front door roadmap• Write product requirements and use scenarios• Maintain a status dashboard for all portfolio productsEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
