Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose.Job DescriptionAs an Engineer on our Rail team, you will provide basic project design through CAD drafting, instruct drafters on how to create drawings of designs, and prepare project schedules for projects involving railroad bridges and supporting structures. You may also perform research, write technical reports, and travel to job sites for observation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Class I Railroad structures projects and the ability to work closely with clients. QualificationsYou are passionate about:

Strong communication skills

Ability to contribute and work well on a team

Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Must obtain Engineer Intern (EI) certificate

Minimum of 2 years prior experience working with Railroad Structures

Experience supporting railroad projects and clients

Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Dependable actions and honest communication in a team environment

Ability to leverage software for modeling, calculation, automation, and rapid drafting

Ideal candidate would have a survey and/or structure design background

Applicable experience coordinating with other railroad engineering disciplines.

Experience in Microstation, Risa 3D analysis, and Bluebeam Revu preferred
