You will deliver best in class Instructor-Led Learning on various UKG Ready products to a wide variety of audiences.Responsibilities: Provide core UKG product training in onsite and remote learning settings to UKG customers, internals, and partners Tailor courseware as required to meet customer specifications as approved by management Achieve high customer satisfaction results in line with company goals and metrics Be self-motivated and responsible for: Achieving and maintaining certification in specific courses as directed by management Staying current on new products, industry trends, and customers training needs Performing administrative tasks in a timely manner, to support training activities, business operations Collaborate cross functionally to ensure our customer, internal, and partner needs are being met Innovate to evolve our team, our processes, and our organization Seek and deliver ongoing feedback to peers and leadership to grow and develop the organization, yourself, and each other Participate in customer calls, pre-sales education-related activities as requested Complete special projects and tasks as assigned by your managerQualifications Experience using UKG Ready Suite preferred Broad knowledge of labor management, HR, Payroll, ERP, Scheduling or similar domain product/systems preferred3-5 years of experience Delivering Instructor Led Training preferred, including the following: Knowledge of Adult Learning Theory Strong Presentation and Classroom Management Skills Ability to engage both an onsite and virtual audience Advanced knowledge of virtual delivery platforms and tools Excellent customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to gather and clarify requirements, present solutions, and convey value, manage expectations, and deliver great customer care Must be highly adaptable to change, and agile enough to pivot quickly when priorities change Must be flexible and be able to work individually and in teams, influence changes, manage multiple commitments, demonstrate high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines Must be comfortable working as a remote employee and have the discipline to stay both motivated and engaged remotely Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, that is outside of the typical standard scheduled hours as needed, including early mornings and late evenings when needed to accommodate our Global Delivery needs Must be able to travel up to 25%Company OverviewHere at UKG, Our Purpose Is People.
