This role will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum for production operations & management development, and coordinating the delivery of courses.  The position will evaluate the trainee/employee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth.  The Training Specialist will be responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results. 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:Develop, implement and coordinate the delivery of training programsCoordinating training needs with managers and productionLead continuous improvement projects in the training areaSupport training throughout the organization   Lead and develop skills to strengthen the team processDevelopment of reporting for measurement of training needs and resultsResponsible for professional training and development opportunities Responsible for tracking, maintaining and follow-up of training records in a timely manner:
      - Production Certification and Re-certifications
      - Staff department training Maintain and improve training procedures, systems and materials to support training for all employees, new equipment and new proceduresResolve team and plant training issues/concernsTrain and maintain Certified Trainers Cross train into other functions as the needs arise
