We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Assistant to join our remote support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective assistance through email, chat, and phone. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users through our products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and/or phone.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using company tools and resources.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain detailed and clear records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Identify customer needs and assist with product or service recommendations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or support role (remote experience preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficient with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar).
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Flexible availability, including potential evenings or weekends depending on shift scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting e-commerce, or digital services.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello).
