Account Manager, IT Talent Acquisition and Professional Services Duties 1a. Client Interaction Interact with Client to understand the Client's overarching and specific technology strategy and software development and/or staffing needs. Propose solutions to address and fulfill technical needs, in the areas of Mobile Development, Web Development, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (NLP), DevOps, Big Data (NoSQL), and software engineering. Maintain ongoing relationship with Client managers, directors, and vice presidents, and/or software development teams to fulfill business requirements, such as submitting proposals to utilize company resources and otherwise onboard technical talent for current and future staffing requisitions. Operate and utilize Client software systems to manage and submit on resourcing needs. 1b. Project Management Interaction Participate in project discussions to understand skills gap at Client site and offer staffing and/or software development solutions. Interact with technical Project Managers to understand their project plan, the technologies needed for the project, and relevant software methodologies, for purposes of defining the hiring plan and recruitment strategy and/or creating a resource pool to satisfy the relevant technical needs required during the duration of the project to ensure project success. Interact with technical Project Managers and technical architects to utilize Droisys propriety tools to achieve superior software deployment, if relevant. Follow up with technical Project Managers to ensure that the resources in the team are meeting expectations and, as necessary, identify alternative solutions. 1c. Reporting Deliver detailed technical assessment summaries for each qualified opportunity; provide detailed assessments regarding the relevant client needs, including, but not limited to: core skills, relevant software development principles, relevant software development methodologies, location and duration of the opportunity, relevant contact persons, and/or any other relevant information or requirements associated with the opportunity. Provide metrics and analytical reports regarding open technical positions, including information about the core technical skills required, the quality of technical talent available, and so on Provide gap analysis reports on missing technical skills in the team. Provide daily reports to internal management regarding open and future opportunities. 2. Roadmap and Strategy Keep the VP of Professional Services apprised of latest industry developments. Research current and upcoming technologies, industry trends, and software programs for staffing future projects. Conduct research and competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favorable outcomes. Analyze and propose strategies for staffing and consulting in newer technologies. Work with industry technical experts to create technical solutions on newer technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, AR, and VR. Location Las Vegas, NV Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical skills Strong time management skills Strong attention to detail Competency in Gmail/Outlook, Excel/Sheets, and other relevant systems. Must have a can-do attitude Must be able to work in the office Education and Experience Bachelor's or higher in relevant field 2+ years of relevant experience
