APARTMENT maintenance techs groundskeeping needed in Reno/Sparks area.

Permanent full time position.

Direct hire position.

Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping property in excellent condition, both inside and out.

The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, highly customer focused, have technical skills working with or knowledge of plumbing, construction, ,electric, appliance repair.

Knowledge of “make ready”apartment turns with good time management and communication skills, must be able to complete a unit turn in a timely fashion.

Must have basic personal basic tools to complete task requirements, including but not limited to a hammer, screwdriver,drill,wrench, tape measure. (Only basic tools required).

Periodic drug testing may apply at job site.

Must PASS BACKGROUND check.

Need CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE

Do not apply if no current drivers license.

Must be punctual and responsible -only serious minded hardworking individuals need apply.

40 hour week - pay is weekly -typical hours are 8am to 5pm Mon- Fri
