Hours - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest quality standards.

Perform a variety of make-ready tasks such as painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.

Collaborate with the property management team to prioritize and complete make-ready tasks in a timely manner.

Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cosmetic issues.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory used.
