Apartment maintenance technician

Our apartment community is currently hiring for a full-time, maintenance technician.

A qualified applicant will be HVAC certified and have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience.

Duties include:

- HVAC / Heating / AC repair

- Apartment turns

- Appliance repair

- Work orders

Must be open to a flexible schedule.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be willing to occasionally work on-call, 24 hour emergency maintenance.

Starting pay: $22 per hour + bonus

Full benefits, 401k and apartment discount is available after 90 days of employment.
