Responsibilities

● Plumbing: basic repairs such as using a snake to unclog sinks, toilets, or other tasks;

● Common area apartment property maintenance

● Electrical knowledge: change outlets, sockets, bulbs, and light fixtures; knowledge of panels and how to turn power on/off.

● Unit turnovers

● Once scheduled by the Property Manager, ensure the compliance and timely completion of work requests for the property.

● Inspect safety emergency equipment, such as alarms and sprinklers, to ensure compliance with necessary updates and operability.

● Knowledgeable with hand and power tools

Requirements

Must have capabilities to deal with day-to-day maintenance

Proven experience in apartment maintenance

Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills

Valid driver's license

Reliable transportation

Bilingual

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
