The client is looking for an Architectural Designer to work on large Greenfield EPC project. The product portfolio is entails custom production lines, requirements in demand cell production volume at a very high scale. Environment is very fast paced. Expectations are in energy sustainability, while being the primary architecture lead for the design and engineering efforts to support construction of infrastructure development, from concept level to production. Contractor will be responsible for design project scoping, funding alignment, deliverable planning, and drawing package execution for the design and engineering efforts to support construction of infrastructure development, from concept level to production. In this role, you will be asked to be the primary architectural designer for the design and engineering efforts to support construction of infrastructure development, from concept level to production.Responsibilities• Apply engineering fundamentals and a broad set of architectural design tools to solve technical problems and create novel detailed designs for a wide range of building systems• Responsible for developing architectural design packages for permitting and construction• Review and develop designs that are cost effective, constructable, code compliant while meeting Tesla’s quality and schedule requirements• Able to develop quantity take offs and assist with cost estimating for projects in short time frames• Work with various manufacturing, construction, and facilities stakeholders to understand end user needs and deliver results that meet the collective teams needs• Must be able to prioritize and manage heavy workload on multiple projects to ensure high quality and productivity• Resolving design issues creatively and thoroughly coordinating design with other disciplines• Ability to get hands dirty and work on the lines to understand fundamental problems.Requirements• Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent experience and the evidence of exceptional ability.• Minimum of 3 years Architectural design experience• Ability to obtain architecture license and be registered in any State.• Excellent communication skills essential for team-based working• Proficient in the use of various computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks.• Expert Knowledge of REVIT. Ability to complete detailed models, coordinate disciplines, create schedules and details, work in work sets, and create families in Revit.• Professional design experience in a wide range of project types including industrial cooling tower systems, chiller plants, boiler plants, office, mission critical/data centers, restaurant, high tech/R&D, biotech/pharmaceutical and industrial• Construction coordination experience an asset.• Knowledge of preparation of architectural contract drawings and specifications• Ability to create site & building renderings for concept evaluations and executive level presentations- ID: #49511729
