Asphalt Foreman / Grading Foreman / Seal Foreman

Lanz Construction is now hiring!

We are in search of the following positions:

- Asphalt Foreman

- Grading Foreman

- Seal Foreman

Experience is necessary

Qualifications:

Asphalt Foreman:

- Previous experience as an asphalt foreman

- Understand asphalt industry standards

- Attention to detail

- Overseeing and coordinating of labor, equipment, material, and trucking as needed on the field for the duration of the project.

- Managing resources to meet deadlines while still maintaining quality workmanship.

- Enforce safety rules and regulations

- Must have OSHA 30

- Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License

- PLUSAbility to be able to operate and teach grade control on mill & paver

- PLUSAbility to operate and teach how to use heavy equipment such as: skid steer and roller, paver, mill

Grading Foreman:

- Previous experience as an grading foreman

- Attention to detail

- Ability to read and understand civil plan drawings

- Overseeing and coordinating of labor, equipment, material, and trucking as needed on the field for the duration of the project.

- Managing resources to meet deadlines while still maintaining quality workmanship.

- Enforce safety rules and regulations

- Must have OSHA 30

- Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License

- PLUSAbility to operate and teach how to use earthmoving equipment such as: water truck, motor grader, loader, and excavator

Seal Foreman:

- Previous experience as an seal foreman

- Attention to detail

- Overseeing and coordinating of labor, equipment, and material as needed on the field for the duration of the project.

- Managing resources to meet deadlines while still maintaining quality workmanship.

- Enforce safety rules and regulations

- Must have OSHA 30

- Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License
