As Assistant Executive Steward your role will include: Job Responsibilities: The Assistant Executive Stewarding Manager is responsible for assisting the Executive Steward in managing staff and kitchens, training and scheduling staff, conducting daily inspections of facilities to ensure conformance with health and fire code regulations, planning, directing and overseeing the maintenance of kitchen areas and kitchen equipment, both stationary and portable, maintaining inventory and supplies necessary to support stewarding staff, coordinating stewarding needs with restaurant chefs, and all other duties as determined by the Executive Steward.
