The In-Room Dining Assistant Food Server supports the delivery of Forbes Five-Star service by assisting Food Servers in the timely, accurate, and elegant presentation of in-room dining experiences. This role is integral to ensuring seamless service flow, proper table and tray setup, and the overall guest experience within guest rooms and corridors.Working in a fast-paced luxury environment, the Assistant Food Server demonstrates urgency, attention to detail, and professionalism while anticipating the needs of both guests and team members. This position plays a key role in maintaining Wynn’s exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation. Key Responsibilities  In-Room Dining Service ExecutionAssist Food Servers with the delivery and setup of in-room dining orders in guest roomsAccurately place tables, linens, dishware, and amenities according to Wynn presentation standardsSupport proper course pacing and service flow during in-room dining experiencesRemove used dishware and reset spaces efficiently while maintaining discretionEnsure all orders are complete, properly presented, and delivered within established timeframes  Guest Experience ExcellenceProvide courteous, professional, and polished interactions with guests at all timesAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests within scope or notify the appropriate team memberMaintain a discreet and respectful presence in guest rooms and hallwaysUphold Forbes Five-Star service standards through attentive, detail-oriented serviceEnsure a seamless and elevated in-room dining experience from delivery to conclusion  Service Preparation & SupportAssist with staging orders, organizing trays, and preparing delivery equipmentEnsure all necessary accompaniments (condiments, utensils, amenities) are properly set prior to deliveryMaintain awareness of active orders and support service efficiency during peak periodsCollaborate with kitchen and coordination teams to ensure order accuracy and readiness  Cleanliness, Sanitation & OrganizationMaintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, delivery equipment, and storage areasEnsure trays, tables, and equipment are cleaned and reset promptly after useAdhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and health regulationsMaintain clean and presentable service areas both on guest floors and in back-of-house  Team Collaboration & CommunicationCommunicate effectively with Food Servers, coordinators, and culinary team membersRespond quickly to team needs to support timely and efficient serviceAssist with transporting trays, tables, and equipment, including large or VIP ordersContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on excellence  Compliance & Brand StandardsAdhere to all Wynn grooming, uniform, and appearance standardsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism when working in guest areasFollow all departmental procedures and Forbes Five-Star service expectationsRepresent Wynn Las Vegas as a brand ambassador in all guest and team interactions
