You will work under the direction of senior captains and management to ensure service standards are upheld and events run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in training and mentoring banquet staff on service procedures and standards.Support inventory management and supply organization for event readiness.Aid in the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces according to event diagrams.Communicate pre-shift details and assignments to service staff.Monitor guest service and assist with food and beverage presentation during events.Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.Perform other duties as assigned by Banquet Management.
