The Bus Person – Cliff House is responsible for supporting exceptional front-of-house service within Wynn Golf Club’s premier dining destination. Cliff House combines elevated dining with the distinctive atmosphere of a luxury golf environment, serving resort guests, golfers, members, tournament participants, and VIP patrons.This role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless and refined guest experience by maintaining impeccable dining room presentation, ensuring tables are promptly reset to exact standards, and supporting the service team with efficiency and attention to detail. The Bus Person must demonstrate professionalism, urgency, and a commitment to excellence while upholding Wynn’s Forbes Five-Star service standards. Key Responsibilities  Dining Room ExcellenceClear, clean, and reset tables promptly while maintaining fine dining presentation standardsEnsure table settings are accurately arranged with proper placement of glassware, silverware, china, and accompanimentsMaintain constant awareness of dining room readiness to support efficient guest seating and service flowAssist servers in maintaining a pristine and welcoming dining environment throughout service  Guest Experience SupportInteract with guests in a courteous, professional, and approachable mannerSupport service staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience from arrival through departureAssist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects both Wynn’s luxury standards and the relaxed sophistication of the golf club setting  Service Support & CoordinationAssist servers with table maintenance, water service, bread service, and other support functions as directedCommunicate effectively with servers, food runners, bartenders, hosts, and management regarding table status and guest needsSupport large parties, golf outings, tournaments, and special events by assisting with dining room setup and service coordination  Presentation, Polish & Attention to DetailPolish and maintain glassware, china, silverware, and service items to Wynn standardsEnsure tables, chairs, floors, service stations, and guest-facing areas remain clean and well-maintained at all timesConduct ongoing quality checks throughout service to maintain a flawless dining environmentAssist in preserving the appearance and atmosphere of Cliff House through exceptional attention to detailReport maintenance or cleanliness concerns to leadership promptlyOperational ReadinessStock and replenish service stations with linen, silverware, glassware, condiments, and other necessary suppliesComplete opening, side work, and closing duties accurately and efficientlyMaintain organization and cleanliness of service areas to support operational excellenceAttend pre-shift meetings to stay informed regarding VIP guests, golf events, tournaments, and daily operational prioritiesSupport dining room setup and breakdown for special functions and golf-related eventsCompliance & Brand StandardsAdhere to all Wynn grooming, appearance, and uniform standardsFollow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling proceduresExecute responsibilities in accordance with departmental policies and fine dining service standardsSupport Forbes Five-Star service expectations through professionalism and attention to detailAct as an ambassador of Wynn Las Vegas, Cliff House, and Wynn Golf Club by demonstrating a commitment to hospitality excellence
