The In-Room Dining Bus Person is responsible for supporting exceptional guest service by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the In-Room Dining operations at Wynn Las Vegas. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless luxury experience by ensuring guest trays, delivery equipment, and service areas are maintained to the highest standards.Working behind the scenes and in guest corridors, the Bus Person must demonstrate urgency, attention to detail, and professionalism while supporting service staff in a high-volume, fast-paced luxury environment. Key Responsibilities  In-Room Dining Service SupportCollect, clear, and transport in-room dining trays, tables, and service equipment promptly from guest hallways and rooms (as permitted)Ensure all collected items are handled carefully and returned to service areas efficientlyAssist servers and assistant servers with staging and preparation for deliveriesMaintain awareness of active delivery timelines to support smooth service flow  Guest Experience SupportInteract with guests in a courteous, professional, and discreet manner when encountered in hallways or guest areasRespond promptly to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate team memberMaintain a polished and respectful presence that reflects Wynn’s luxury service standardsSupport an uninterrupted, high-quality guest experience through efficient and quiet service  Cleanliness, Sanitation & OrganizationMaintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining stations, dish areas, and storage spacesEnsure hallways and service corridors remain clear, clean, and presentable at all timesFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations consistently  Operational ReadinessStock and replenish service areas with necessary supplies including linens, dishware, condiments, and amenitiesAssist with opening, running side work, and closing duties with attention to detailSupport inventory awareness and communicate any shortages or needs to leadership  Service Coordination & Team SupportCommunicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and coordinators to ensure timely serviceRespond quickly to requests from the In-Room Dining teamAssist with lifting, transporting, and staging equipment needed for large or VIP ordersContribute to a cohesive, team-focused environment  Compliance & Brand StandardsAdhere to all Wynn grooming, uniform, and appearance standardsFollow all departmental procedures and Forbes Five-Star luxury service expectationsMaintain confidentiality and discretion when working in guest areasAct as a brand ambassador, reflecting Wynn’s commitment to excellence in all interactions
