The primary focus of our Business Development Manager is to manage our Business Development Representative team and drive business growth. Managing a team of established Business Development Representatives.
Reporting
Developing data driven strategies to create business growth.
Creating effective advertising campaigns.
Mentoring, coaching, and supporting career growth of Business Development Representatives.
Building strong relationship across the organization, including C-suite executives.
What we are looking for
4-year degree
Requires a minimum of 12 years of experience in the Supply Chain industry.
Experience with Salesforce.com
Experience managing business development/sales teams.
Demonstrated experience diagnosing internal and external business issues with recommendations for solutions tied to best practices.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$138,800.00 - $231,004.62Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
