The Business Services Representative is responsible for meeting the business service needs of resort guests and visitors.Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package RoomSort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare and process outgoing mail for deliveryPerforms general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filingPolitely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure.  Demonstrates Wynn’s core values when interacting guestsCommunicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable mannerResolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to managementPerform all other job-related duties as requested
