The Bus/Runner – Bar & Lounge is responsible for supporting front-of-house operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within Wynn Las Vegas bar and lounge venues. This role assists bartenders, cocktail servers, and service teams by maintaining guest areas, delivering beverages and service items, resetting tables, and ensuring operational readiness throughout service.The Bus/Runner plays a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience by supporting the flow of service, maintaining venue presentation standards, and contributing to the energetic and sophisticated atmosphere of Wynn Las Vegas. Key Responsibilities  Lounge & Bar SupportClear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently in accordance with service standardsSupport bartenders and cocktail servers by maintaining table readiness and assisting with guest needs as directedDeliver beverages, glassware, garnishes, and other service items accurately and efficiently throughout the venueMonitor lounge and bar areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service  Guest Experience SupportProvide friendly, professional interactions with guests while assisting with service needsRespond promptly to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate team memberMaintain awareness of lounge flow and guest activity to anticipate operational and service needs  Operational EfficiencyAssist with stocking service stations, bars, glassware, garnishes, napkins, and other suppliesMaintain side stations and service areas to ensure the team has necessary tools and products availableSupport opening, running side work, and closing duties as assigned  Cleanliness & PresentationMaintain cleanliness of tables, seating areas, floors, bars, and service stationsEnsure all venue areas meet Wynn appearance and cleanliness standardsPerform immediate cleaning tasks to preserve the guest experience during serviceFollow all sanitation, health, and hygiene standards  Team CollaborationWork closely with bartenders, cocktail servers, hosts, runners, and management to ensure smooth service flowSupport VIP and special guest experiences through timely service and operational assistanceContribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment  Compliance & Brand StandardsAdhere to all Wynn policies, service standards, and grooming guidelinesFollow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirementsMaintain professionalism and represent Wynn brand standards at all timesSupport Forbes Five-Star service standards and luxury hospitality expectations
