Responsibilities :The Bus Runner is responsible for assisting the F&B  team in all aspects of food service including but not limited to:   carrying trays, pushing carts, organizing plates and trays, assisting the Cocktail Server/Models, Bartenders and Apprentice Bartenders, maintain cleanliness on the pool deck and service stations, rotation of products, food order retrieval and delivery, unloading and storing of warehouse deliveries, side work, maintaining health code standards, and maintain departmental service standards.
