We’re a sushi bar in the Smith’s Marketplace in Skye Canyon, Las Vegas.

We are looking for sushi chef and a food prep

It’s a small bar in the market so there won’t be any customer service needed. Sushi chefs mainly make bento styled sushi from 6AM-1PM/2PM. For food prep, the time is more flexible, but you can come in anytime from 2PM to 6PM (about 3-4 hours depends on your skill level)
