Big Water Grille is an established fine dining restaurant in North Lake Tahoe. We are in our 25th year and we are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine/Kitchen Manager to run a staff of 6.

Must be strong on Saute and Grill as that will be the part of the kitchen you will be managing. Garde Manger is established so you would work with him to creat a seamless flow as a team in the kitchen.

Duties will include:

-Ordering

-Create menus and daily specials

-Food cost control

-Inventory control

-Staffing and labor cost control

-Cleanliness

-Work hand in hand with owner and front of the house managers to create a great dining experience for our guests

Compensation will include salary plus tips
