The Chef de Partie – Pastry is responsible for overseeing a designated pastry production area within The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas. This role supports the creation and execution of high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and specialty items while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, consistency, and culinary excellence.
