Will consider applicable experience in lieu of a degree.Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.Demonstrated skills with programmable logic control (PLC's), HMI's and VFD's.Continuous improvement mindset.Candidate must demonstrate the ability to take a hands-on approach to their work.Ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.Manage capital projects and improvements from conception to implementation, including competitive bidding, funding requests, material purchasing, project scheduling, installation, preventative maintenance, and documentation creation.Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work in a 24/7/365 environment and flexibility to work off-hours to accommodate scheduled changesKnowledge of Rockwell and Wonderware softwareKnowledge of lean principlesInterested in hearing more?
