ECommerce / Retail Inventory Specialist (Shipping & Research Guru)

We're looking for a super organized, reliable person to become a core part of our team here at the Las Vegas Train Depot. This is a full-time gig that blends hands-on fulfillment with essential administrative duties in a friendly, detail-oriented environment.

The Day-to-Day (Your Standard Responsibilities):

Shipping & Fulfillment: You'll be the one pulling orders, expertly packaging delicate inventory, and getting shipments out the door on time. Experience in maintaining a strict timeline order fulfillment process is key to keeping our customers happy.

Quality Check: You'll test the locomotives and other operational models before they ship out, just to make sure everything's running smoothly and prevent returns.

Inventory & Data: Helping us keep our shelves neat and our digital records accurate. This includes inventory control, light data entry related to sales, and fun research on new inventory items for the store.

What We're Looking For in You:

Required: Solid, professional experience in shipping and packing delicate or high-value items is essential.

Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and hit fulfillment deadlines.

Proficiency with basic computer skills (data entry, web research).

Train Knowledge (A Bonus!): If you already know a thing or two about model trains, that's fantastic, but it's not a requirement. We can teach the right person.

Physical Requirements:

Please note that this is an active role in a retail environment. Candidates must be able to:

Stand for extended periods.

Perform frequent walking, bending, and reaching to access inventory.

Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights.
