Entrepreneur Assistant

I'm not entirely sure how this will go, but I'll just say what I'm looking for and we can see if the right person comes along.

I am a business owner with several successful business including real estate, rentals and others. I have ideas of startups but limited time to implement them.

What I would like to do is find a smart and motivated person willing to help me start and grow businesses.

There is no blueprint for this position. You don't need a specific level of education or experience, but I'd like to find someone trustworthy, reliable and motivated who wants to learn to start and grow businesses. I have the funds and ideas, but just not the time to explore or implement them.
