Overseeing a team of design and development professionals who support Wynn Resorts’ employee culture – including all, photography, videography, graphic design and motion graphic design published and printed materials and collateral, as well as employee web, multi, and social media.Job Responsibilities:Initiates, assigns, monitors and reviews all department photography, creative campaigns, as well as web and social media projects.Ensures that all projects are progressing within budget, timeline and attention to detail by conducting regular staff meetings to review progress and facilitate communicationMust be able to motivate and assist creative concepts and all creative media.Anticipates the needs of, and liaisons with department heads on special projects for their department operations, reviewing needs, proposing a solution, and ensuring project is executed according to Wynn standards.Manages and executes special projects as needed.
