Full-Time | $25 - $40 per Hour (DOE)

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Are you an experienced Finish Blade Operator looking to join a dynamic team in Las Vegas? We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to operate self-propelled graders to shape and finish earthwork for construction and maintenance projects.

Position Overview:

As a Finish Blade Operator, you'll operate equipment to spread and level dirt, gravel, and stone to meet finish grade specifications. You’ll play a key role in constructing highways, streets, building pads, temporary roads, and subdivisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Finish curbs, streets, and building pads

Operate grader controls accurately and safely

Achieve precise rough and finish grades across various soils and conditions

Read and interpret grade stakes effectively

Monitor wear items like cutting edges and teeth, reporting as needed

Perform other related tasks

Qualifications:

Proven experience with curb and street finish grading

Ability to measure and track material quantities and completed work accurately

Strong understanding of schedules and budgets

Work Environment & Demands:

Must wear personal protective equipment (hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, etc.)

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme temperatures

Physically capable of walking, standing, sitting, shoveling, raking, climbing stairs/ladders, and working on elevated surfaces

Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
