In this role, you'll combine outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to help make every stay memorable and exceed guest expectations.As a Front Desk Agent, You Will:Warmly greet guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and assign accommodations in accordance with established procedures.Provide personalized assistance by answering inquiries, offering recommendations, and following up promptly when additional information is required.Take ownership of guest concerns and resolve issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and service recovery.Perform cashiering functions, including settling folios, processing payments, and posting charges accurately.Handle reservations, confirmations, and modifications with attention to detail and efficiency.Communicate professionally with guests through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.Uphold service standards, property guidelines, and professional appearance standards that reflect the property's brand image.Partner with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure guest and owner needs are met seamlessly.Enter, assign, monitor, update, and complete work orders and inspections in Asgard, ensuring all tasks and operational activities are accurately documented, tracked, and completed.Actively promote room upgrades, property amenities, and resort services while maintaining an approachable, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor in every guest interaction.Why You'll Love This Role:
