Fulfillment Associate

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Must have the sense of responsibility to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.

Must have excellent observation skills to prevent bottlenecks, out-of-quality situations and production line problems.

Acute skills for attention to detail with products, equipment and machinery.

Conduct inventory count on finished and rejected packaged items.

Monitor packaging and filling operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products in accordance with standards.

Manage pick list

Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements

Ensures that orders are accurate for packing and shipment per customer orders

Stages items correctly for shipment

Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed

Plans and monitors product storage and dispatch

Mechanical aptitude and experience using, refilling, and resolving issues with scanning and printing equipment used for fulfillment of orders and used at workstations

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to recognize anomalies in processes, materials, and equipment for escalation and resolution

Prior work experience in a fulfillment environment preferred

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Pay rate: $14.00/hr

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Standing for continual 8-hour shift·

Potential for overtime·- may stand for longer than 8 hour shift

Individual lift of boxes up to 50 pounds

Repetitive manual dexterity

Read computer monitors and printouts

Repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grabbing, walking
