The Fulfillment Center General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations within the fulfillment center, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of inbound and outbound functions. This role leads a team of managers and supervisors and is accountable for achieving performance targets related to safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and customer service.The GM will implement and enforce company policies and procedures, develop strategic labor and production plans, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
