Position Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as General Event Staff. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. You will play a key part in delivering an excellent guest experience while supporting all operational aspects of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces (e.g., chairs, tables, booths, signage)

Greet and direct guests to appropriate areas

Support registration, ticketing, or check-in/out processes

Provide information and respond to guest inquiries during the event

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of event areas

Monitor crowd flow and assist in enforcing event policies or safety protocols

Distribute promotional materials, food, or merchandise (if applicable)

Assist vendors, speakers, performers, or special guests as needed

Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

Perform other duties as assigned to support successful event execution

Qualifications:

Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 25–50 lbs)

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
