Grading Foreman

Lanz Construction is now hiring!

We are in search of the following positions:

- Grading Foreman

- Grading Superintendent

Experience is necessary

Qualifications:

Grading Foreman/Superintendent

- Previous experience as an grading foreman

- Attention to detail

- Ability to read and understand civil plan drawings

- Overseeing and coordinating of labor, equipment, material, and trucking as needed on the field for the duration of the project.

- Managing resources to meet deadlines while still maintaining quality workmanship.

- Enforce safety rules and regulations

- Must have OSHA 30

- Must have a valid Nevada Driver's License

- PLUSAbility to operate and teach how to use earthmoving equipment such as: water truck, motor grader, loader, and excavator

Pay depends on experience.
