Groundskeeper - Silver Terrace

PacifiCap Properties, Inc is seeking a Full-Time professional Grounds Keeper at their Silver Terrace property. We are committed to hiring and retaining excellent and skilled employees who are self-motivated, reliable, honest, and take great pride in their work and job performance. As a full-time ground keeper, the job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Mow, trim, and edge lawns

· Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees

· Rake leaves, clear debris, and dispose of waste

· Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment

· Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal or leaf cleanup

· Inspect grounds for safety hazards and report issues

· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Applicants MUST have previous experience in grounds. This position requires a valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation.
