Play a critical role in overseeing, managing, and scaling an operational team and processes. Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, you will oversee a team of three to start, with plans for additional hiring in the near future. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and a deep understanding of medical liens and pre-settlement loans. Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of three, with plans for future growth.
Train and oversee team members, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Operational Oversight:
Learn all responsibilities within operations to effectively train, review, and enhance team performance.
Develop and implement scalable processes to support the company's rapid growth.
Ensure all workflows are optimized for efficiency and aligned with company objectives.
Specific Expertise:
Apply knowledge on medical liens and pre-settlement loans, to drive operational success.
Serve as a subject matter expert to support the team and guide strategic initiatives.
Technical Proficiency:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and analyze operational and financial reports.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology for process improvements.
Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with ownership to align operations with the company's financial goals and strategy.
Anticipate operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.
qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
1+ year of leadership experience required.
Prior experience in Personal injury law firm operations, with a strong understanding of medical liens and pre-settlement loans, is a must.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excel proficiency, with the ability to build and analyze complex reports.
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to learn, train, and support team members.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
