We are looking for two competent
Help Desk Technicians (I and II) to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems to a Las Vegas Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP). You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. You also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.Skills/Requirements:- Associate's degree in computer science or related field
- Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, A+, Network+)
- A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Proficiency in supporting Windows 10
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
