Inside and Outside Janitor Porter Service

Apex Cleaning Services is looking to fill a few full time positions for an outdoor janitor/porter. Verified cleaning experience required.

Duties are all things cleaning condo complexes (lots of windows, common areas, dog poop, club house and pool houses). Pay rate starts at $17/hour. Higher pay and/or raises are available with qualified work experience. Candidates must have reliable transportation (not the city bus), a working cell phone for daily texting/photos, and ability to lift 50 pounds. REQUIRED: no felons, valid drivers license and social security number a must. Preferred: residents near the the airport or within 15min drive. Hours are M-F 7am to 3:30pm. The weekly shift is a flex shift: 1 weekend day that replaces a week day but it’s a 5 day a week job.
