As a Lead Kitchen worker you will be responsible for: The Lead Kitchen Worker is responsible for communicating with management.Leads the Kitchen worker staff.Responsible for washing, cleaning, and polishing equipment to ensure it is ready for use; sorting and cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and ashtrays.Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.Will be responsible for completing any other duties assigned by the Department Management.Employees are expected to be prompt, present and prepared for all scheduled shifts.Must adhere to the Wynn Las Vegas Stewarding Department standards.
