Lead Network Engineer

Location(s) Reno, Roseville, Truckee, or Remote

We are seeking experienced Network Engineers that can help us reach our goals of knowing more about a property than anybody else and in the process making home ownership valuations more fair and equitable for millions of people.

You will be a part of the IT Operations team. With workloads in private and public clouds, our infrastructure ultimately supports all units of business and customers throughout the world. This is an enterprise environment where uptime is critical. We partner with our software development teams to build highly scalable, secure, and always available solutions through cutting edge technologies and an engineering culture and mindset.

What You Will Work On
  • Redundant SDWAN Mesh encapsulating onPrem and cloud networks
  • Fully redundant sub second failover network connectivity
  • Next generation technology used to support an application aware network
  • Outside of the box design to support a "work from anywhere" environment
  • Network monitoring that allows proactive repair before an outage occurs
  • Cloud based wireless networking that seamlessly integrates with user based access
  • Key documentation for planning policies and procedures that matter
  • Enabling a connected workforce while still maintaining a preventative security posture.
  • Initiatives to research and explore proof of concept solutions
Who We are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and is willing to join a team of dynamic network engineers that is working on the next generation network. As new technologies develop, the ideal candidate will be excited to explore these technologies and how they will help within the supported networks.
  • 5+ years in a Senior Network Engineer role.
  • Industry certification for core discipline: Cisco CCNP Certified or equivalent
  • Willingness to adapt AWS networking solutions such as Transit Gateway, Direct Connect Gateway, VPC peering, Site to Site VPN, and Virtual Private Gateways.
  • Advanced applied knowledge in::
    • VPN clients and VPN group management.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot dynamic network routing protocols.
    • WAN/LAN wireless networking technologies and multi site environments.
  • Great to have:
    • Infrastructure as Code
    • Public Cloud
    • Cisco ISE
    • Palo Alto Networks
