81 year-old male living in 2 bd/2ba apartment complex in South Reno. Looking preferably for a female, monthly rent negotiable contingent upon providing caregiving services and assistance with daily driving to run errands specifically to library, grocery stores, gym, medical appointments. In addition, housekeeping duties, food prep, and cooking needed.

Qualified individual will have a private 1bd/1ba in a two bedroom apartment with senior male. The room includes a queen bed, walk-in closet and private bath. Common areas of apartment will be shared. The apartment complex is gated, has common areas, pool, small gym, lobby, business center, and public parking (no dedicated parking spot available). Pets may be considered.
