Looking For An Automotive Tech

We have been in business since 2020, we arent insanely busy. We too have our slow days as well. But looking for a long term person to help grow with this place as we attempt to open our second location beginning of next year. We are doing our best to stay busy and keep business coming, have been successful since 01/2020 and have positive growth/gains every year. We donate a lot to charity and give back to the community.

Job Description:

-Create invoices and collect payment

-Customer service

-Oil & filter changes; properly

-Maintenance

-Brake and rotors

-A/c recharge (will teach you our machine)

-Basic upselling (filters, tires or brakes)

If you come with more, the better but this is what we're looking for at minimum, if you're good at diagnostic we can talk about a different amount of pay

Job Requirements:

-Bring your own tools

-Punctual & hygienic

-Communicative, we are a team, we don't fight or talk shit we hash it out like grown men. Not interested in working with kids with egos. Speak freely but respectively.

Job Pay:

-Starts at $15/hour, paid every 15th and last day of the month by check, working on direct deposit.

-Working on benefits, none yet as of 2025. (very expensive, doing my best)

-This is now flag hours, whether its dead or busy you get paid. No customers for the whole day, you still get paid. But if we are busy the whole day you also still get paid.

-You either have break at 12:00pm or 1:00pm, it'll switch within you and the other employee.

-Its summer time, doing my best to keep the shop cool, you're welcome to wear plain black shorts, we have a polo shirt for uniform for you to wear. Every employee gets 3 shirts, should last a good week.
