In search of a maintenance technician with experience in areas such as Light Plumbing, Heavy Carpentry, Flooring, Drywall, Project Completion, light electrical, and Finish work . Must have own vehicle and drivers license. This is a fulltime position. Pay is $26-30 per hour D.O.E.
