Overview:The PM Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the preventative maintenance program for all public and BOH occupied spaces, including all hotel guest rooms, all restrooms, and other areas as needed.Responsibilities:Develop and implement maintenance strategies, develop and manage budget for material, labor and contractors. Creating schedules, procedures and instructions so work is performed safely and efficiently. Providing leadership, training and guidance for PM teams while monitoring performance.  Communicate all planned activities with other departments and Sr Management. Tracking area completion and PM rotation schedules.
