Mechanical Assembler - Fast hiring!

About the job:

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components, ensuring high-quality builds, and performing tasks related to box builds, cable harnesses, and more. Attention to detail and adherence to work instructions are key to success in this role.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has at least 2 years of assembly experience, preferably in PCBA assembly

- Possesses strong hand-eye coordination and communication skills

- Is proficient in reading and interpreting BOMs, work instructions, and prints

- Can count accurately and work with small components like screws and washers

- Has basic computer skills

- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent

- Has experience with ISO-9000 standards and cable harness assembly (preferred)

What you'll do:

- Pull kits with assigned work order numbers from staging shelves

- Verify and count components according to the Bill of Materials (BOM)

- Assemble boards and components following detailed instructions and prints

- Clean assemblies using hand or machine tools as needed

- Perform tasks including box builds, cable harness assembly, hardware installation, and press-fit processes
