Nightclub Guest Services is responsible for providing superior guest service. Service should be consistent with Forbes 5-Star standard rating. All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company standards.Job Requirements:Responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service to every nightclub guestEffectively communicating with guests as well as other team membersAssisting guests with all requestsEnhancing the guest experience through a personalized level of service.Responsible for handling guest complaints in a polite and courteous mannerResponsible for answering phones and booking “call-in” reservationsManaging and monitoring receptionist teamProducing reports on nightclub guest related sales and statisticsAccommodating client requests with an emphasis placed on services provided on-property, thereby driving sales for numerous departments within the resort.Developing and maintaining relationships with guestsAdhere to and enforce company specific safety policiesFlexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management
