Part-time Baker

We’re looking for a part-time baker to join our team at The Cheese Board! This position is responsible for preparing and baking our delicious homemade baked goods that our guests love.

What you’ll do:

- Bake a variety of items including bars, cookies, brownies, cakes and seasonal treats

- Follow recipes and maintain consistency in quality and presentation

- Manage time and tasks efficiently while working independently

- Keep the baking area clean, organized, and stocked

What we’re looking for:

- Baking experience in a restaurant or bakery setting preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently

- Basic understanding of food costs and portioning

- Knowledge of safe food handling and general restaurant kitchen practices
